Registration: The participant's registration will only be accepted if the participant is associated with one of the research associations organizing the event. The registration is processed using IDLoom whereby the terms and conditions of IDLoom apply.
Program Changes: No liability is accepted for changes to the program or postponements. The organizers reserve the right to postpone or to cancel individual lectures or other program elements should this become necessary. Furthermore, the organizers are not liable for the presence of announced speakers. In the event of cancellation or postponement of individual lectures or other program elements, the participant shall not be entitled to compensation of any kind. The organizers will then endeavour to find adequate replacement.
Privacy Policy: By registering for the conference, the participant agrees to allow the use and storage of his/her personal data for the purpose of processing the registration and conference fees. Furthermore, the participant consents to receive information by email and telephone in connection with the participation in the conference. The data will not be used for purposes other than the participation in the Rhein-Main Cancer Retreat. After the conference has been completed, the personal data of the participants will be deleted. In exceptional cases, personal data may be stored after the end of the conference until it is no longer required for the processing of the work that has arisen (e.g. problems have arisen or participants still have questions and these still need to be resolved in contact with the participant). Disclaimer: Please note that the organizers shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from any and all liability in respect of any damage, injury or accident of any person on the way to or during the conference, or for loss or damage to his or her luggage or any other property. All insurance, including medical cover or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of the Rhein-Main Cancer Retreat are the responsibility of the participant himself.

The organizer and its processor idloom process your data in compliance with European GDPR. The information you have provided is necessary to organize the event you will be attending, to confirm your registration by e-mail, to create your badge and to allow you to modify your registration. You are entitled to object to these processing operations. idloom shall only process User’s personal data in the European Union, or in third countries after having secured appropriate guaranties with the subcontractor or recipient. They are transferred to the country of the organizer. The organizer will keep your data after the event until the expiry of the legal retention obligations, in particular fiscal and accounting and until the end of the responsibility. You can obtain from the organizer (info@rm-cr.de) the written communication of your data, as well as, where appropriate, portability of the data, rectification, restriction of processing, deletion of data which is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT Purpose: This document is executed with the intent to maintain the potential for protecting intellectual property rights and patents that may arise from the individual efforts of members of the DKTK/FCI/CARISMa and MSNZ while still enabling investigators to share the results from their undisclosed and unpublished work. Since the 6th RMCR is a community event, joint efforts should be made to protect the data presented. For the organization of the event it is essential to provide some information about the program on our conference website. The website itself is not tagged for public search engines. Registration is mandatory to restrict the access to the conference room and poster session. Registered participants are not allowed to forward the information provided to unregistered third parties. It is not allowed to record, distribute or cite any presented data without the consent of the presenter To protect unpublished data in the abstracts, the conference booklet will be printed to prevent online distribution and will only contain the title, authors and affiliations. §1 In order to protect information relating to inventions and potential and/or present intellectual property rights, and to research, development, business plans, and other technology, including materials which may be disclosed between them, the members of the DKTK/FCI/CARISMa and MSNZ and their guests agree that all discussions and exchanges occurring in the internal sessions and between individual members and guests will be considered proprietary and confidential. §2 As a further protection, Disclosing Parties are required to explicitly preface any disclosure of information whose confidentiality is critical to its patentability status with a declaration reminding the recipients of ist confidential nature. §3 Each Party receiving Proprietary/Confidential Information accepting this document intends to be legally bound from divulging that information to any person not a member of DKTK/FCI/CARISMa and MSNZ. Any person receiving Proprietary/Confidential Information will have signed a copy of this Non-Disclosure Agreement. Any such exchanges of information shall be under terms at least as restrictive as those specified herein. The Receiving Party shall protect the information by using a maximum degree of care that is at least as restrictive as the Receiving Party uses to protect its own confidential information. §4 Disclosure in the form of tangible products or materials (including biological materials) must be transmitted to the Receiving Party under a Materials Transfer Agreement; this type of confidential transfer is beyond the scope of this document. §5 In the event that the Receiving Party or anyone to whom the Receiving Party transmits the Information pursuant to this Agreement becomes legally required to disclose any such information, the Receiving Party shall provide the Disclosing Party with prompt notice and consult with the Disclosing Party prior to any disclosure. §6 This Agreement is to be made under and shall be construed in accordance with German law and constitutes the entire understanding between parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and merges any and all prior agreements, understandings and representations. This Agreement may not be superseded, amended or modified except by written agreement between the parties hereto. The obligations of this Agreement will continue until the Information has become part of the public domain through no fault of the Receiving Party.

Photos and videos will be taken during the event for public relations purposes. By selecting the checkbox, the participant agrees that the photos and videos taken in connection with the event may be published, used, edited and reproduced by the organizer for representation purposes on the intranet, on the Internet (including social media platforms) and in print and presentation media without any claim to remuneration. This consent is voluntary and can be changed or completely revoked at any time in writing to the organizer with effect for the future. We would like to point out that people who do not agree to this will be assigned a special seat during the event.
